Customisable xbox 360 controllers?

Hey, i need a new controller and i really want a customiseable one, like i want it to if possible light up (not fully ) and also have like a special pattern and grip round the controller, i have a fairly large budget and am currently in the u.k any links would be appreciated thanks.
