Any older rpg recommendations?

Technically pokemon..im pretty sure you already thought of that tho.....even though you cant customize your player it's still awesome, and well yea final fantasy, which would pretty much fit all of those standards..tho its not sci fi nor i turn based Dragon Origins is customizable and its pretty cool..Legend of the Dragoon is an old ps1 game thats turn based from what i remember is pretty fun..i like the guy below me's answer better haha
